1. All WCS members must be having internet access and E-mail capability . 

2. All members must be to agree to offer only net net charges to the other members.

3. payments between member must not exceed 30 days from the end of the monthly statement.

4. All WCS members must be to communicate efficiently&promptly
   (within max of 24 hrs) with their fellow Member. )

5. All members must be to quote rates in full details in a timely Manner.

6. All members must be to provide other members with sales Leads regulary and also to be active in     any sales leads  from another member.

7. All member must be to share benefits with their fellow member apply to the agreement between them.

8. All members must be to avoid conflicts of interest between their business&all Business must be reflected accurately and fairly in accordance with the corporate   Policies of  WCS    network group

9. All members must be to help WCS management to solve any Problem might meets its members such as language and qualityof service of the agent.

10. All members must be to have an economic directory about the Importer,exporters,shipping lines,air lines,air ports and sea ports in their countries to confirm the other members when they need.

11. All members must be agree to act in the same as writin in these strategic document and should sign it and fax  it to WCS network head office.
